* Running 10 minutes or more late: Client appointment will be subjected to being shortened or rescheduled.
If we are still able to accommodate client being late. We will do the best we can, with the time we have when client arrives.
* Building has no elevators, to access to the second floor. Stairs are located on each sides of the building.
* Appointments are not booked. Until you receive a conformation from GBI.

* GPS doesn’t work very well in our location. Please give yourself extra traveling time.
